1
What Should I Wear?
You will get the most from your visit by wearing comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in, such as sweatpants, leggings, active shorts, t-shirts, etc.
It is also recommended you bring fresh socks and a top layer in case you get chilly.
Not recommended:
Jeans, dresses, tight blouses, button up shirts, bulky jewelry
2
How Often Should I Do FST?
Every body is different and has varying needs, so your therapist will better brainstorm your individual needs after your first visit.

Generally, The Home Stretch likes to see you more frequently as you begin your journey, then adjust as needed over time.
3
Why Assisted Stretch?
Assisted stretching allows your body to move in ways that it is not able to when stretching alone. Your body and nervous system cannot totally relax when self stretching, there is always something engaged and working. By working with a Stretch Therapist, they are able to isolate and stretch muscles/joints in ways that would be difficult to do on your own.
4
Is FST like massage or myofascial release?
Massage and myofascial release techniques often involve pressure being maintained in certain areas for a length of time, resulting in release. This can sometimes cause discomfort or even pain. FST is pain free and involves gentle, constant movement to attain our benefits.
